Jed turns eleven





All I can say is that, parenting is not as easy (or as fun) as it appears. Nearly eleven months on, the eye bags on both our faces are obvious. I think we look really tired (but happy nonetheless, pardon the cliche) in this picture.

Considering that my wife bills over $300 $400 per hour, and that I’m not even paid that much per day, these idiots are grossly over-working us. Or we are grossly under-paid.
Well, both.
I told my boss that there are certain departments whose entire staff I would like to line up in a row and shoot. He has no objections.
A cool new edition of Optimus Prime is on sale, and the beloved asked if I wanted one for my coming birthday. Apparently it would set her back by about 200 bucks or so.

I thought that 31 is a little old to be playing with toys so I declined (and I’m pretty sure the day would come when Jed would destroy it). I suggested getting a Crumpler bag instead, which I suppose makes me that little bit older than a kid.
